Terms and conditions
No tickets are available for sale on the day of the event.
Right of admission reserved (ROAR). No refunds or exchanges for tickets are available under any circumstances.
All children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and leave the festival by 7pm.
Photographic proof of ID is required for all patrons over 18; only a passport or drivers license will be accepted.
The promoter reserves the right to change the program in exceptional circumstances without prior notice.
Anti-social, inappropriate and abusive behavior towards staff or festival patrons will result in patrons being ejected from the festival without refund or exchange.
Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves on the festival site and for it to be broadcasted in any media.
All patrons will be searched as they enter the festival site.
No alcohol or food is allowed on the festival site under any circumstances.
No glass of any kind is permitted inside the festival under any circumstances.
The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
The promoters do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any personal property brought to the festival site.
No duplicate tickets will be given for lost tickets.
No animals are permitted onto the festival site.
All patrons are required to abide by all terms and conditions as a pre-requisite for festival admission. Please consult www.feughfest.com for further details.

Administration & Delivery Fee
A surcharge is applied to all orders placed online of £1.50 (per order) to cover credit card and delivery charges.
Tickets may be purchased by cheque or cash at the venue or by contacting us to avoid this fee.
Ticket Delivery
We will post out your tickets a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the concert date or on the next working day of purchase should this be within 4 weeks of the concert
Returns
All ticket returns are subject to individual circumstances. No refunds will be given within one week of the concert date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT pdf PRODUCTIONS Limited cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions during outdoor performances. No monies will be refunded as a result.
