Booking Fee

All online ticket sales are subject to a £3.00 (per order) booking fee.

Tickets may be purchased by cheque or cash at the venue or by contacting pdf PRODUCTIONS by telephone on 01330 822426.

Ticket Delivery

We will post out your tickets a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the concert date or on the next working day of purchase should this be within 4 weeks of the concert

Returns / Refunds

All ticket are non refundable or transferable between events

Please note that pdf PRODUCTIONS Limited and associated venues will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions during outdoor performances.

No monies will be refunded as a result.
